SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, shipping conditions, including costs, and delivery time are estimated based upon the availability of items ordered, the country/state you are in and the shipping option/provider selected.
Items are delivered by post/courier. We try to make purchases from our site as comfortable as possible for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled up and until the item(s) are shipped. We’ll advise you on the cancellation time limits during order registration depending on the time you place your order (morning/afternoon/evening).
RETURN POLICY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return any item purchased from wellness-smart.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Each product must have an RMA#, which can be provided to you by contacting our Customer Service Team via our Contact page.
For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Wellness-smart.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
